Teen Pregnancy - How to prevent teen pregnancy
Truancy - taught consequences of their truant actions
Peer Pressure - How to reverse pressure and help their friends
Harassment - Taught the rules
Drugs and Gangs - Taught how to avoid these anti-social behaviors
Cultural Diversity - How to live with others and respect their cultures
Job readiness - How to prepare for the job market
Image - How first impressions are lasting
Etiquette - Taught the do's and don'ts of dining and social behavior
Study Habits - How to study and get help when needed
SAT/ACT preparation - Learning strategies and skills of taking these tests

Monthly meetings held on each campus with special guests from the community to work with students. Important "Rap" sessions are held to determine needs of students and to allow them to vent their frustration and problems as well as get needed answers. All of this information is tracked and programs are planned accordingly to address their needs.

Students perform projects and /or programs on a monthly basis. All grades and community service hours are tracked.

Meetings with parents are held quarterly to address concerns, issues and other needs of students. This also gives the parents a chance to voice concerns, problems or issues dealing with the child. Parents are encouraged to become involved in programs and projects.
